Author Guidelines

Before preparing and submitting the manuscript of the article, please note that the author is not recommended to withdraw the submitted paper after the publication process (review, copy, layout, etc.). During this time, the Dinamika Lingkungan Indonesia has spent valuable resources in addition to the time spent in the process. Please prepare your manuscript before submission, using the following guidelines and article templates below: The article File format must be provided in Microsoft Word format. We do not currently accept other formats, such as LaTex or PDF files. The maximum article length is 15 pages, including references. A maximum of 4 pages of attachments are allowed. Article title A maximum of 10 (ten) words title must be provided Scriptwriting.

The manuscript can be written in Indonesian with an abstract in English that is no more than 200 words and 3-5 keywords. The manuscript should be written in A4-sized paper (follow template).

Article Format

Heading. A maximum of 10 words in Indonesian or 10 words in English, straightforward and interesting.

The name of the author. (without a degree), the address and the institution in which to work are written completely and clearly. Manuscripts are arranged sequentially from the Title Page (Title, author's name, institution, city, Country, telephone number, facsimile, email and running title a maximum of 15 words).

Abstract. It is a miniature of the content of the entire writing including problems, objectives, methods, results, conclusions, written in English a maximum of 200 words.

Key Words. Contains the concepts contained in the article, written in English consisting of 3-5 words.

Introduction. (Without subtitle) contains the background of the research problem, the description and focus of the problem, the theoretical basis and the results of previous research that will support the solution of the problem and the purpose of the research.

Methodology. Explaining Materials and Tools, how the research procedure is carried out includes research design, population, samples, instruments, measurement scales and data analysis.

Results and Discussion. The results of the data analysis are complemented by illustrations (drawings, photos, tables and graphs).

Conclusion. 

 The conclusions should clearly answer the research objectives.

  • Highlight the main findings (not detailed numerical results), and elaborate the research implications to the research domain (industrial engineering-related domain) and to the general audience.
  • If the findings are preliminary, suggest future studies that need to be carried out.
Acknowledgements. Giving speeches to agencies, institutions or companies that provide sponsors, and also to helpers in research and writing.

Table/Graphic and Drawing Forms. In the standard form of scientific writing, numbers and letters Times New Roman size 10. The abbreviations in Tables/Graphs and Images are listed below.

Bibliography. arranged according to the APA reference style, if the bibliography has the same alphabet. The name used is the second name (family) followed by the abbreviated first name.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
 

Copyright Notice

The copyright of the received article shall be assigned to the journal as the publisher of the journal. The intended copyright includes the right to publish the article in various forms (including reprints). The journal maintains the publishing rights to the published articles.

Authors are permitted to disseminate published articles by sharing the link/DOI of the article at the journal. Authors are allowed to use their articles for any legal purposes deemed necessary without written permission from the journal with an acknowledgment of initial publication to this journal.
